What is a Yoni Egg?
A Yoni Egg is a smooth, semi-precious stone shaped like an egg, worn inside the vagina for healing, strengthening, and awakening.
The practice is thousands of years old — used by women to reconnect with their pelvic floor, deepen body awareness, and awaken sensual energy from the inside out.
It is not about performance. It is about listening.

Getting started
Begin with 20–30 minutes. Lie down. Breathe. Let the egg settle. You don't need to "do" anything — presence is the practice.
